AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to purchase from the owners thereof certain real property in St.
Louis County, Missouri, for right-of-way purposes for future
improvements to Coldwater Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer of the District are hereby authorized to purchase from
the owners thereof, the following real property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, for right-of-way purposes for future
improvements to Coldwater Creek, at a price not to exceed Five
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800.00), said property to be
free from all encumbrances, said property described as follows: Lot 96, Block 3 of Breckenridge Place Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to them
by said owner of a General Warranty Deed in proper form, being
free from liens and encumbrances, conveying title to the said land
to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer shall be and are hereby
authorized and directed to pay to said owners, for the said land,
the total sum of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800.00).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1979.
