AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-two Thousand
Fourteen and 50/100 Dollars ($82,014.50) from the Fee Fee
connection charges for the construction of the Wheatfield Road
Subdivision Sanitary Outfall Sewer.
WHEREAS, Grotpeter Construction Company, Inc., The
Principia Corporation and the District have undertaken the
construction of said sanitary outfall sewer, and
WHEREAS, the District's participation will serve to
connect an existing sanitary sewer highway crossing to an existing
public sewer, and
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated constitutes the
contributions of the aforesaid Grotpeter Construction Company,
Inc. and The Principia Corporation as paid to the District for
their respective shares for said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-two Thousand Fourteen
and 50/100 Dollars ($82,014.50) is hereby appropriated from the
Fee Fee connection charges for the construction of the Wheatfield
Road Sanitary Outfall Sewer.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1979.
