AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($11,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek as an advance to pay
for the engineering of a sanitary relief line in the Two Mile
Creek Branch of Deer Creek, and directing the repayment of said
advance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($11,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek as an
advance to pay for the engineering of a sanitary relief line in
the Two Mile Creek Branch of Deer Creek.
Section Two. The officers of the District are hereby
directed to repay to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek the Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($11,700.00) as hereby advanced as soon as receipts are
collected from the tax levy made for the year 1980 in Subdistrict
No. 367 for sanitary purposes.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1979.
