AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-nine and 74/100 Dollars ($4,279.74) from the Fee Fee
Connection Charges for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 470 (Adie Road East & Lindbergh), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-nine and 74/100 Dollars ($4,279.74) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Connection Charges for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 470 (Adie Road East &
Lindbergh), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1979.
