AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($9,900.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
development of a joint work plan to coordinate parallel studies by
the District and the Corps of Engineers for programs in the Lemay
-River des Peres area.
WHEREAS, the full amount as hereby appropriated will be
reimbursed to the District by the Corps of Engineers, upon receipt
of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($9,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for the development of a joint work plan to
coordinate parallel studies by the District and the Corps of
Engineers for programs in the Lemay - River des Peres area.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1979.
