AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($10,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to pay for
engineering services for stormwater improvements in St. Albert
Storm Sewer, Contract E-297, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($10,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to pay for engineering services for stormwater improvements in St.
Albert Storm Sewer, Contract E-297, in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1979.
