AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 20 of Pine Meadows 1st Addition Subdivision, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement and this District has no further use for said portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northern one hundred fifty (150) feet of a ten (10) foot
wide easement along the west line of Lot 20 of Pine Meadows
1st Addition Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 163, Page 7, of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1979.
