AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to purchase the
materials for a gabion project known as 1200 Block - Des Peres
Drive, in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri,
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, wherein the
District will supply the necessary materials, and the City of Rock
Hill, Missouri, will supply the engineering, labor and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to
purchase materials for a gabion project known as 1200 Block - Des
Peres, in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1979.
