AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 451 (Tesson Ferry
& Juengel) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such Subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 451 (Tesson Ferry & Juengel).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 451
(Tesson Ferry & Juengel) shall be as follows:

TESSON FERRY & JUENGEL
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Tesson Ferry Road at the
intersection of the northwestward prolongation of the northeast
property line of the property conveyed to Charles R. Meisenheimer
and Essie B. Meisenheimer, his wife and Raymond E. Meisenheimer
and Anna J. Meisenheimer, his wife by deed recorded in Deed Book
3572, page 337 of the St. Louis County, Mo. records; thence south-
easterly along the aforesaid northeast property line 280' to a
point; thence southwesterly and parallel to the southeast right-
of-way line of Tesson Ferry Road 416.07' to the northeast corner
of property conveyed to Monroe S. Mayfield and Bonnie J. Mayfield,
his wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 6393, page 260 of the St.
Louis County, Mo. records; thence southeasterly 382.62' along a
line parallel to the northeast right-of-way line of Juengel Drive,
40' wide, a private drive deeded in Deed Book 1720, page 351 of
the St. Louis County, Mo. records to the northeast corner of the
property conveyed to Kenneth A. Pesout and Karen S. Pesout, his
wife, by deed recorded in Deed Book 6620, page 893 of the St.
Louis County, Mo. records; thence southwesterly along the
southeast property line of aforesaid property to a point in the
northeast right-of-way line of the aforesaid Juengel Drive; thence
southwesterly to the northeast property corner of the property
conveyed to Oliver A. Laun and Alvina J. Laun, his wife by deed
recorded in Deed Book 1623, page 282 of the St. Louis County, Mo.
records; thence along the southeast property line of aforesaid
property to its southeast corner; thence northwesterly 332.62' to

the southeast corner of the property conveyed to Martin E.
Heffernan and Mary R. Heffernan, his wife by deed recorded in Deed
Book 2799, page 498 of the St. Louis County, Mo. records: thence
southwesterly along the southwestward prolongation of the
southeast property line of the aforesaid property to a point in
the southwest property line of the property conveyed to Salvatore
E. Cracchiolo and Helen E. Cracchiolo, his wife by deed recorded
in Deed Book 3795, page 481 of the St. Louis County, Mo. records;
thence northwesterly along aforesaid property line to the
centerline of Tesson Ferry Road, 90' wide; thence northeasterly
along said centerline to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
