AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 374
(Wedgwood Creek - Section III) S-1159, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No.
374 (Wedgwood Creek - Section III) S-1159, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 4th day of May, 1979,
and formally executed on the 26th day of June, 1979, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
