AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to pay for engineering services
for the review of Corps of Engineers plans for Maline Creek
stormwater channel improvements, and to coordinate activities
between the District and the Corps of Engineers.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
pay for engineering services for the review of Corps of Engineers
plans for Maline Creek stormwater channel improvements, and to
coordinate activities between the District and the Corps of
Engineers.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
