AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven and
34/100 Dollars ($195,827.34) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Construction Fund, of which Nineteen Thousand Five
Hundred Eighty-two and 77/100 Dollars ($19,582.74) is to be used
to pay the District's ten percent (10%) share, One Hundred Forty-
six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy and 50/100 Dollars
($146,870.50) will be received from the Environmental Protection
Agency, and Twenty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-four and
10/100 Dollars ($29,374.10) will be received from the Department
of Natural Resources for additional costs for the construction of
Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration Tanks, Service Building
and Instrumentation, Contract PA-62, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District will receive a seventy-five
percent (75%) grant from the Environmental Protection Agency of
the United States government to pay seventy-five percent (75%) of
the cost of said construction, and
WHEREAS, the District will receive a fifteen percent
(15%) grant from the Department of Natural Resources of the State
of Missouri to pay fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of said
construction, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3383, adopted November 23, 1977,
provided for the initial funding of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred
Eighty-two and 74/100 Dollars ($19,582.74) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund to pay
ten percent (10%) of the additional costs for the construction of
Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant - Aeration Tanks, Service
Building and Instrumentation, Contract PA-62, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. The grant from the Environmental
Protection Agency of the United States government will amount to
One Hundred Forty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy and 50/100
Dollars ($146,870.50) which, when received, will bc deposited in
the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund, and is to pay
seventy-five percent (75%) of the additional costs for the con-
struction of Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant - Aeration Tanks,
Service Building and Instrumentation, Contact PA-62, in St. Louis
County, Missouri, and said amount is hereby appropriated to be
used to make said payments when due and payable under the terms of
the contract for said construction.
Section Three. The grant from the Department of
Natural Resources of the State of Missouri will amount to Twenty-
nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-four and 10/100 Dollars
($29,374.10) which, when received, will be deposited in the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund, and is to pay

fifteen percent (15%) of the additional costs for the construction
of Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant - Aeration Tanks, Service
Building and Instrumentation, Contract PA-62, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, and said amount is hereby appropriated to be used to
make said payments when due and payable under the terms of the
contract for said construction.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
