AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-three Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($43,800.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Construction Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Norwalk #7552 (S-
1364), in the Village of Norwood Court, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund,
and
WHEREAS, the Village of Norwood Court, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Construction Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($43,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Norwalk #7552 (S-1364), in the Village of Norwood Court, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
