AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Benco-
Bommarito Construction Company for the construction of storm
sewers in Norwalk #7552 (S-1364), in the Village of Norwood Court,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Benco-Bommarito Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Norwalk #7552 (S-1364), in the Village of Norwood Court, Missouri,
within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 28th day of June, 1979, and formally
executed on the 10th day of June, 1979, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
