AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($360,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Hazel Valley Ditch Enclosure (S-741), in the Cities of
Hazelwood, Florissant, and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($360,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such con-
struction project, in Hazel Valley Ditch Enclosure (S-741), in the
Cities of Hazelwood, Florissant, and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979. -2-
