AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with St. Louis County, Missouri,
for construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood
Creek - Section III) S-1159, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with St.
Louis County, Missouri, for construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 374 (Wedgwood Creek - Section III) S-1159, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 11, 1979.
