AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Twenty-nine
Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-five Dollars ($29,895.00) from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of a Disk Drive and
Control Unit for the District's computer system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Eight
Hundred Ninety-five Dollars ($29,895.00) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for the purchase of a Disk
Drive and Control Unit for the District's computer system.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1979.
