AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a Sales Agreement with Powers
Computer Products, Inc., for the purchase of a Disk Drive and
Control Unit for the District's computer system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Sales
Agreement with Powers Computer Products, Inc., for the purchase of
a Disk Drive and Control Unit for the District's computer system,
in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1979.
