AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the project known as the Dix Building
Demolition, in the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the project known as 3339 Dix
Building Demolition, in the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 18th day of July, 1979, and formally
executed on the 24th day of July, 1979, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1979.
