AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Hundred Forty-three
Thousand Dollars ($143,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Paddock Creek to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
and appropriating Six Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Dollars
($686,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 325 (Paddock Creek
Section 1, Phase 1) S-1206, in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) toward the costs of
said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construc-
tion Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Two Hundred Forty-three Thousand Dollars ($243,000.00)
toward the costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
and
WHEREAS, the District's contribution toward the costs
of said project shall be Two Hundred Forty-three Thousand Dollars
($243,000.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-three
Thousand Dollars ($143,000.00) is hereby transferred from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Paddock Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Six Hundred Eighty-six
Thousand Dollars ($686,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 325 (Paddock Creek - Section 1, Phase 1) S-1206,
in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1979.
