AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to pay for engineering services
for an inflow and infiltration study for the Indian Hills
Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
pay for engineering services for an inflow and infiltration study
for the Indian Hills Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1979.
