AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of Deputy
Director of Maintenance within the administrative unclassified
service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
prescribing the salary thereof, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service entitled "Deputy Director of Maintenance" is
hereby established. The salary for said position shall be at the
rate of $32,200.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments.
Section Two. The position of Deputy Director of
Maintenance is essential to the operations of the District, and
must be established without delay, thus creating an emergency
within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this Ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1979.
