AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. S. Alberici
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of Lemay Wastewater
Treatment Plant Maintenance Building and Modifications and
Additions to the Existing Incinerator and Filter Building,
Contract PA-64, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. S. Alberici Construction Co., Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of Lemay
Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Building and Modifications
and Additions to the Existing Incinerator and Filter Building,
Contract PA-64, in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 19th day of April, 1979, and formally executed
on the 7th day of August, 1979, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 8, 1979.
