AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 495 (Rolens
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 495 (Rolens Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 495
(Rolens Drive) shall be as follows:

ROLENS DRIVE
A tract of land being Lots 1 thru 4 of OAKVILLE TERRACE, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 78, page 37 of the St. Louis
County records and part of Lot 158 of Carondelet Commons, South or
River des Peres, St. Louis County, Mo., and being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most northern
corner of said Lot 4; thence southeastwardly along the northeast
lines of Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, south 53Ε 19' east, 429.25' to a point
of curvature; thence continuing along a curve to the left having a
radius of 125', 61.79' to a point of tangency; thence continuing
eastwardly, south 81Ε 38' 30" east, 165.08' to a point in the west
line of Telegraph Road, 60' wide; thence southwardly along the
west line of Telegraph Road, south 0Ε 34' 30" east, 321.33' to a
point; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of property
now or formerly of Wayne Sheldon and along the southwest lines of
Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4, north 53Ε 08' west, 828.56' to the most western
corner of Lot 4; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line
of Lot 4, north 36Ε 41' east, 159.48' to the point of beginning.
Subject to the widening of Telegraph Road by Cause No. 415991,
Missouri State Highway Commission. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1979.
