AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Bartolet No. 711
(S-1086), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Co., Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Bartolet No. 711 (S-1086), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of July, 1979, and formally
executed on the 7th day of August, 1979, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 22, 1979.
