AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc., Construction Division, for the construction of storm sewers
in Executive Estates Drive #2 (S-1419), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc., Construction Division, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Executive Estates Drive #2 (S-1419), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of
August, 1979, and formally executed on the 28th day of August,
1979, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 29, 1979.
