AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth
and Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Belvedere -
Bismark (S-1414), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth and Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Belvedere - Bismark (S-1414), in the City of Glendale, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 24th day of August, 1979, and formally
executed on the 28th day of August, 1979, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 29, 1979.
