AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 2815, adopted May
20, 1975, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
authorizing and directing the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract, No. E-272, with Kenneth Balk
and Associates, Inc. for engineering services relating to storm
sewer project 76-DC-13 (Executive Estates), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the fee of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) as authorized by said Ordinance No. 2815 for said
engineering services is to be considered as an initial payment for
same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 2815, adopted May 20, 1975,
is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract, No. E-272, with Kenneth Balk and Associates, Inc. for
engineering services relating to storm sewer project 76-DC-13
(Executive Estates), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1979.
