AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of University City Branch of River
des Peres to pay for engineering services for stormwater
improvements in University City Branch of River des Peres - Vernon
Avenue, Contract E-304, in the City of University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Branch of River des Peres to pay for engineering services for
stormwater improvements in University City Branch of River des
Peres - Vernon Avenue, Contract E-304, in the City of University
City, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1979.
