AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 63 of Maple Hills Addition No. 4 Subdivision, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement and this District has no further use for said portion of
the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement of various width over the southeastern portion of Lot
63 of Maple Hills Addition No. 4, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 21 of the
St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the
northeastern 15 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
