AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-five and 30/100 Dollars
($16,745.30) from the Fee Fee connection charges for the
District's share of additional costs in the construction of the
Wheatfield Road Subdivision Sanitary Outfall Sewer.
WHEREAS, Grotpeter Construction Company, Inc. and The
Principia Corporation have undertaken the construction of said
sanitary outfall sewer, and have requested that the District
participate in the cost of said construction, and
WHEREAS, the District's participation will serve to
connect an existing sanitary sewer highway crossing to an existing
public sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred
Forty-five and 30/100 Dollars ($16,745.30) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee connection charges for the District's share of
additional costs in the construction of the Wheatfield Road
Sanitary Outfall Sewer.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
