AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Forty-four Dollars ($43,944.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund, Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-one
Dollars ($6,171.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund,
Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($5,977.00) from
the Fee Fee Subdistrict Operating Fund, Seven Hundred Six Dollars
($706.00) from the Bonfils Operating Fund, Four Hundred Seventy-
six Dollars ($476.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund, Three
Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($317.00) from the Fenton Operating
Fund, One Hundred Seventy-eight Dollars ($178.00) from the
Missouri Bottoms Operating Fund, and One Hundred Seventy-four
Dollars ($174.00) from the Spanish Lake #2 Operating Fund to the
General Fund of the District; and appropriating Two Hundred Six
Thousand Dollars ($206,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for additional engineering services relating to a
District-wide study of sewer service charges, pursuant to Contract
No. E-258.
WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency of the
United States has agreed to contribute One Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($123,300.00) toward the costs of
said study; upon receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the General Fund of the District, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources of the
State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Twenty-four Thousand
Six Hundred Sixty Dollars ($24,660.00) toward the costs of said
study; upon receipt of such funds from said source, said money
will be returned to the General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Nine
Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($43,944.00) is hereby transferred from
the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Six Thousand One Hundred
Seventy-one Dollars ($6,171.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-seven Dollars ($5,977.00) is hereby transferred from the
Fee Fee Subdistrict Operating Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Four. The sum of Seven Hundred Six Dollars
($706.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund to
the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Four Hundred Seventy-six
Dollars ($476.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Three Hundred Seventeen
Dollars ($317.00) is hereby transferred from the Fenton Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Seven. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-eight
Dollars ($178.00) is hereby transferred from the Missouri Bottoms
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. -2-
Section Eight. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-four
Dollars ($174.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake #2
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Nine. The sum of Two Hundred Six Thousand
Dollars ($206,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for additional engineering services relating to a
District-wide study of sewer service charges, pursuant to Contract
No. E-258.
Section Ten. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
