AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Addendum to Contract No. E-
258 with Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for additional
engineering services relating to a District-wide study of sewer
service charges.
WHEREAS, changes in Federal laws and resultant
Environmental Protection Agency rules, regulations and guidelines;
changes in the service area boundaries of the District; and
updating of studies resulting from other program changes have
necessitated said additional engineering services for said study,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an Addendum to
Contract No. E-258 with Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for
additional engineering services relating to a District-wide study
of sewer service charges.
Section Two. The Addendum to the contract authorized
in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
