AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria - Section 4) S-1449, in
the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Moline Acres, Missouri has agreed
to contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Fund of
Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 &
Cambria - Section 4) S-1449, in the City of Moline Acres,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
