AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc., Construction Division, for the construction of storm sewers
in Subdistrict No. 376 (Champlin Branch - Phase 1 Section 1) S-
558, in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc., Construction Division, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Subdistrict No. 376 (Champlin Branch - Phase 1 - Section
1) S-558, in the City of Dellwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 10th day of September, 1979, and formally
executed on the 25th day of September, 1979, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1979.
