AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for the
costs of printing revised copies of plans and specifications for
the general contractor and subcontractors and design consultant
and general consultant for the construction of the Lemay Treatment
Plant - Maintenance Building and Modifications, and Additions to
the existing Incinerator and Filter Building, Contract PA-64, EPA
Project C290640 03.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for the costs of printing revised copies of
plans and specifications for the general contractor and
subcontractors and design consultant and general consultant for
the construction of the Lemay Treatment Plant - Maintenance
Building and Modifications, and Additions to the existing
Incinerator and Filter Building, Contract PA-64, EPA Project
C290640 03.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 10, 1979.
