AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand Two
Hundred Seventy-four Dollars ($19,274.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
the construction of a sanitary outfall sewer in Subdistrict No.
435 (Lindbergh & St. John's Church Road), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-four Dollars ($19,274.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek for the construction of a sanitary outfall sewer in
Subdistrict No. 435 (Lindbergh & St. John's Church Road), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1979.
