AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the General Fund of the District (Legal Services
- Account No. 101-055-441) to pay claims.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District (Legal Services - Account No. 101-055-441) to pay claims.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 31, 1979.
