AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-Seven Thousand
Dollars ($97,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to pay for engineering services for the
construction of combined sewers in Ferry Street Sewer Repair (S-
1465), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-seven Thousand Dollars
($97,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to pay for engineering services for the construction of combined
sewers in Ferry Street Sewer Repair (S-1465), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1979.
