AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand One Hundred
Sixty-eight Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($10,168.75) from the
Fee Fee connection charges to pay Capital Holding Corporation a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated September 3, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand One Hundred
Sixty-eight Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($10,168.75) is hereby
appropriated from the Fee Fee connection charges to pay Capital
Holding Corporation a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction
costs advanced by it pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection
Agreement with the former Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated
September 3, 1975.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1979.
