AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Covington Manor Apartments, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of the subject
easement and this District has no further use for said portion of
the easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot wide easement located on the south side and
being adjacent to Enderberry Drive, running from the west
side of Building 1 to the east side of Building 4 of the
Covington Manor Apartments, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 14, 1979.
