AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the
construction of storm sewers in Baxter Acres, in the City of
Manchester, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated represents the
contribution of the State of Missouri toward said construction,
said amount having been deposited with the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the construction of storm sewers in Baxter Acres, in
the City of Manchester, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1979.
