AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to pay for
engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in
Chambers & Coburg Lands, in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
pay for engineering services for the construction of storm sewers
in Chambers & Coburg Lands, in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 28, 1979.
