AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in the City of
Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested that the District vacate said easement, and
WHEREAS, this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is
vacated, to wit:
The easement across Lots 191, 192, and 193 of Algonquin View
Subdivision, said easement recorded in Book 2872, Page
85 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1979.
