AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in 747 Rayburn (S-
1362), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in 747
Rayburn (S-1362), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 30th day of November, 1979, and formally
executed on the 11th day of December, 1979, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1979.
