AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to be used for the removal and disposal of ash at
Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 1 (Contract No. 78), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to be used for the removal and
disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash Basin No. 1 (Contract No.
78), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1979.
