AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract No. 78 with Harold Casper & Sons,
Inc. for the removal .and disposal of ash at Bissell Point Ash
Basin No. 1, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 78 with Harold
Casper & Sons, Inc. for the removal and disposal of ash at Bissell
Point Ash Basin No. 1, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 11th day of December
1979.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1979.
