AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 503 (Eddie and Park & Crestmoor), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Dollars
($800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for
additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 503 (Eddie and Park & Crestmoor), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1980.
