AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund
for engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in
College & Garesche Storm Sewer, E-309, in the City of Jennings,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund for engineering services for the
construction of storm sewers in College & Garesche Storm Sewer, E-
309, in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
