AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for
the construction of storm sewers in Verona Storm Sewer, E-311, in
the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Main-
tenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for
engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in
Verona Storm Sewer, E-311, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1980.
